We know you can't wait to receive your COTS goodies as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchased. We aim to deliver your parcel within 7 working days. You will be able to check your order and tracking number when you log into your account.

Of course we accept cancel, and we make it easy! The order can be canceled before we ship out your order. Please contact our customer service at service@cotslife.com to cancel your order. We will deal with your order as soon as possible.

If you don’t like your purchased items for any reason, you can send your return or exchange request to us within 30 days after delivery. Please contact customer service at service@cotslife.com for return address.

Products need to be unused and unwashed, and they have to be returned with the original packaging or shipping box.

You may find there is a minimum spend required, or it can only be applied to a selected range. Also, promo codes cannot be used when they have expired. If you continue to have issues, please contact our customer services at service@cotslife.com

Sorry, we are only able to process one discount code per order and do not allow the value combination of two codes.

We don't advise putting your bags in the washing machine or dryer, or using bleach on any COTS bags. Our Filmpor™ fabric has premium stain resistant feature, most dirt can be easily removed using a damp washcloth.

If this is not successful, hand-wash with warm water. Please avoid any harsh chemicals when washing backpack. A mild soap and a wet rag works best for cleaning them.

Our products are not waterproof, but they are water-resistant, which means they are able to withstand drizzles and small splashes.

We have a warranty of one year on all products purchased from cotslife.com

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and design flaws. Normal wear and tear, or deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty.

We are working on distributing COTS internationally, but unfortunately cannot provide a timeline for when we will begin shipping to other countries. To stay up to date on these developments and more, please make a subscription to our mailing list.

We are glad offer free shipping on orders over $75. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $5 - however there are some exceptions due to location.
